Rockhead Consulting services a variety of businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. For every project we undertake, our most important objective is to understand our clients' core necessities and goals which allows us to know the scope necessary to provide the solutions they need and the support to make their goals a reality. We look beyond the obvious to find innovative ways of solving existing and future challenges. Below are some examples of the work we’ve done.
CAPITAL PROJECT CLOSEOUT SUPPORT
Proper operation and financial documentation and reporting is crucial for business stakeholders. Our team takes approved capital project after construction is completed through the process of clearing any unresolved issues relating to accounting for capital materials used on the project, to include all units of material and cost of these materials. This process requires adherence to all standards and procedures published by the client. We also report the status of project closeout on a regular basis to the client.
RESTORATION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Quality control is vital to building our client’s reputation. Once restoration projects are completed, our team ensures that the areas affected have been restored to the original state prior to the construction work. We review and interpret documents for accuracy.
TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM MIGRATION SUPPORT
We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution - and then watched it grow. We loved working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.
POLE INSPECTION
Prioritizing maintenance is key for safety in the utility industry. We provide system wide inspection for our client in the mid-Atlantic. Our team inspects wood transmission, distribution, and telecommunications poles for internal and external signs of deterioration and assess the potential remaining lifespan and future hazard of each pole. We advise on necessary replacement of existing lines for their system.
